Lobster dinner for 2 out of a tin.

First off all credit for the delicious noodle dish I made with this gorgeous can of @scoutcanning lobster with lemon goes to @thesardinfluencer. He created and shared this recipe for Lobster Udon alla Sake and you can find the full recipe plus a million more ways to eat tinned fish on his page! He’s the best.

My version ended up being incredible saucy (didn’t reduce it enough) so I am calling mine a Lobster Udon “Soup” alla Sake. It was so delicious and I highly recommend either option.

This is a great example of how to stretch a totally justifiably higher priced can into a full meal for two. The sauce that is already in the tin just adds to the goguchang, sake, shallot, cream and healthy amount of garlic in the recipe.

I’ve had most of what Scout Canning offers and highly recommend all of them, especially the PEI Mussels in Smoked Paprika & Fennel Tomato Sauce.

Happy eating!
