Ekone Oyster Co began in 1982 by husband and wife team Nick & Joanne Jambor, who started smoking oysters from their farm for themselves. Word quickly spread and they began producing them for Seattle restaurants, and in 2017 joined forces with the impeccable 5th generation operation Taylor Shellfish Farms. These are incredible quality coming right out of Western Washington.
