Jose Gourmet Codfish Pate with Parsley
This pate is unique because it is even parts chickpeas and cod, which gives it a great body and texture. Personally, I don’t get a ton of parsley flavor coming through, but that could vary tin to tin. The texture of this pate alone wins me over. Not fishy in any manner, this is a crowd pleaser.
Spead it on toasty toast and you are good to go. Also would be great with any toppings you would put on hummus, like pickled onion or smoked paprika.
