Jose Gourmet Spiced Calamari in Ragout Sauce

What a fun tin! As a Ukranian, I always describe this tin as “if you made cabbage rolls out of squid”.

Scroll through the pics to see what I’m talking about here, but you have 3-4 squid per can that are stuffed with a mixture of rice, onion, tomatoes and spices, all swimming in a tomato sauce. The squid are very tender and not chewy at all.

I like to dump the can out onto a plate and then slice up the squid into “coins” to eat. You could definitely put this over rice.
