Miss Can Horse Mackerel in Olive Oil with Garlic & Parsley
Miss Can is a 3rd generation business, started in 1911 and brought back to life in 2013 by the original founders grandson. It uses only wild caught fish from the Portuguese seas. We visited their quaint restaurant in Lisbon in 2023, loved everything, and are thrilled they are now available in the United States!
Skinless & boneless, this is an excellent tin that eats lilke a higher end tin. The texture of the meat is dense and reminiscent of crab or even lobster meat. The garlic & parsley come through beautifully in the oil. Try this tin along with their Curry & Chili Mackerel!
Shown on a rice bowl with Fall veg and a creamy apple cider dressing.
Ingredients: Horse Mackerel, Olive Oil, Garlic, Parsley, Salt
Net wt: 120g/4.2 oz.
