Matiz Boquerones (Marinated Anchovies)

This exquisitely delicate fish, wild-caught in the Atlantic and Mediterranean Seas and marinated in white wine vinegar, is hand prepared and packed. Try them drizzled with olive oil, or wrapped around our Espinaler anchovy stuffed olives. They are bracingly sharp and I love them on a ceaser salad, at cocktail hour with bread & butter, or even as a cocktail garnish!
This Matiz package has 50% more product than the Nassari boquerones and the individual anchovies are slightly smaller in size.
As always, boquerones are perishable and must be stored in the fridge.
