Salsa Espinaler Appetizer Sauce
Coming to you from legendary Espinaler (remember them from Bourdains No Reservations??), this is not a hot sauce, but more of a vinegar based sauce made with peppers that is the perfect addition to any gorgeous tin of fish, bowl of olives, or drenched on potato chips.
World famous since it’s inception in 1950, Salsa Espinaler adds a little zip without heat. We love it doused on the Espinaler green olives stuffed with anchovy.
