Fangst Limfjord Blue Mussels No 2 - Smoked

“In the cold water of the Danish inlet Limfjorden, blue mussels grow slow to acquire a particularly fine taste and texture. These Fangst mussels have been smoked with beech wood and preserved in cold pressed rapeseed oil.”
These are the smoked option of their 2 mussel offerings. These are small mussels so you get about 40 mussels per tin, compared to most tinned mussels where you get 6-8! These are beautifully smoked with beech wood.
