Fangst is a Danish conserva producer focusing on highlighting beautiful Nordic seafood and bringing back the Scandinavian canning industry that was prevalent 100 years ago. They are very small team (2!) that focuses on quality in everything they do. You can absolutely put these in a rice bowl but we love to savor them simply on caraway rye with butter or creme fraiche and lemon.
