If you ever tried the prior recipe of Fishwife’s Smoked Rainbow Trout and found it to be a bit too smoked and/or dry, buckle up for the new and improved Smoked Rainbow Trout 2.0.
Caramelized on the outside, buttery and juicy on the inside — this brand spankin’ new tin is the result of two years of R&D from the Fishwife team. Very similar in texture to our favorite Fishwife product, the Slow Smoked Mackerel, this preparation is juicy in all the right ways. They also have removed the sugar used in the last recipe.
Lastly, this tin is 32% bigger for the same price!
