Jose Gourmet Cold Smoked Trout Fillets in Dill and Fennel
Very similar to the Jose Gourmet smoked salmon, the texture of this trout is soooo soft, soooo buttery, and melts in your mouth.
High quality olive oil bathes the trout, and it’s very similar in feel to a super slow roasted fish. The dill & fennel seasonings are quite light. I have a hard time putting anything on it or under it, because I want to just eat it out of the can with chopsticks. Pure heaven.
This is a perfect tin for those who have never tried tinned fish, or those of us that have and are looking for a new gorgeous texture in our tin.
